Meet the Author
Author: Pearstina Badger
Auto-Biography: I was born on August 31, 1970 in Miami, Florida, which allowed me to grow up in a culturally diverse society. I now reside in Jacksonville, Florida (one of Florida's best kept secrets). I have one offspring, a daughter named Kyler. She is the ultimate dream child. She fills my life with laughter, love, and happiness. I have been writing every since I could pick up a crayon, pen, or pencil. Writing comes very easy to me. It allows me to be, to imagine, or dream anything to be possible. And, bring those dreams to life in print. Even as a young girl, I have always known that I wanted to work with children. I followed those wants and became a case manager and now a nine year Elementary School teacher. I love my job. It allows me to exercise my passion for writing, stay up with the latest trends, and helps to create new ideas for learning. My ultimate dream job is to be a full time writer and creator of educational and recreational literature. I believe anything is possible, and so should you.
